Brake Press/Forming

Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton has the experience and equipment to bend a high volume of parts in a wide variety of angles. With equipment capacities of up to 20 feet and 750 tons, Diamond has the capability to bend parts from a few inches up to 14 feet in length and up to two inches in thickness.

• We utilize Wilson segmented tooling which reduces die change out time.  With this press brake we have increased the safety for our employees because this machine allows for independent back gauge along with increased accuracy when forming angled parts.  Offline programming is utilized on this machinery which allows us to keep the machine producing more parts with less downtime.
